Your garage door should be serviced at least once a year to ensure proper operation.  Our lube and tune service is only $99. 

We offer free rough estimates via phone/email.  This would require you to provide us with some information so we can provide you with the estimate.  If you would like an in-person estimate, there is a trip fee.

Well, this actually depends.  The typical garage door opener used to last for 10 years, but with people using their garage door as a way to enter their home, that time frame has changed.  So it all just depends on how much you use it.
